Why won’t MICROSOFT IE8b2 won’t work with MICROSOFT OWA 2003?

Yesterday, I installed Internet Explorer 8 (beta 2). Great. It appears to work a lot (and I mean a LOT) better then the first public beta.

Yet, there’s one this that strikes me…

IE8b2 Error with OWA 2003Try to open Outlook Web Access 2003 (the one that comes with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003) in the beta 2 of Microsoft Internet Explorer 8… The browser crashes! Oh no!

It will try 2 more times, before telling me that there is a problem with the web site… Not really… There is a problem with the browser…!

You would expect Microsoft to at least test Internet Explorer against Outlook Web Access? (Even though OWA 2003 isn’t the latest and greatest… All SBS users a are still on OWA 2003.)

Only solution so far…: Opening OWA 2003 in ‘basic’ mode… :-(
